Meet Your Running Performance Specialist

I'm Preston Cox, PT, DPT, and the founder of Stronger Tomorrow. As a physical therapist, certified personal trainer, and endurance athlete, I understand both the science of movement and the realities of training for long-distance events.

My endurance experience includes one full-distance Ironman, five ultramarathons, 21 marathons and multiple triathlon distances. I also improved my marathon PR from 4:05 to 3:22 in a single year, with a half-marathon best of 1:22.

I bring that firsthand experience together with my clinical background to help runners understand their bodies, make informed training decisions and work toward their own goals.
